After alot of questions from people asking ive created a guide of how to track your BMW order

How to track your BMW Order-

Option 1 - Live chat Open 8am til 10pm 7 days a week

What you'll need-
A internet Browser
Your 7 Digit Order Number - Usually starts with AG then 7 numbers EG- 4139785

1. Go to here- https://www.bmw.co.uk/en/index.html
2. Click the chat icon in the bottom right - Blue Circle
3. Click Live chat , If greyed out then open a new window or try private browsing mode
4. Enter your name and in the message put "Order Update YOUR ORDER NUMBER"
5. Talk to the agent

Option 2 - Phone Call

What you'll need-
A phone
Your 7 Digit Order Number - Usually starts with AG then 7 numbers EG- 4139785

1. Call BMW UK - 08003256000
2. Press Option 1 for general enquires
3. Speak to the agent and say you want a update on your order and provide them with the order number
4. The Agent will then provide your order status

Thanks, although a quick search in Google does reveal this has been around for sometime.
I was going to use the first method when I ordered mine in April 2021. Rang the salesman a month after I placed my order to obtain the order number only to be informed the car was already built, in transit and would be with them shortly. The salesperson had assumed BMW would have kept me informed.

A nice surprise to have though.

Audi have a specific car order portal that tracks your vehicle through the whole process.

Do you know any website to check the status of the production after the VIN is created? I know bimmerwork but wondering if there's someting else
