Used '09 M3 on Autotrader

A BMW dealer is selling a used M3 with a broken angel eye. According to the listing:

That is just bizarre. I wouldn't think that the car needs to be a client's vehicle in order for it to be worked on...

Unless they specifically said it was being sold with a broken item. I would say they probably fixed it, and didn't (lazy or in a hurry) take another picture etc..

Possibly the car was off with the turn signal turned to the right...? engaging the side parking light feature.
