Scum of the earth
This guy and his passenger just threatened my wife.
They were blocking a car park so no-one could get past and after shouting at and insulting a workman in another car, told my wife to F off when she politely asked them to move. She pleaded with them because our 2 month old was crying and she said she had a baby and really needed to leave, again they told her to F off. After saying that she was going to take a photo and send it to the police the passenger got out of the car, followed her back to her car and hurled abuse at her. They only finally decided to leave after she started to phone the police. I've checked the registration details and the car is neither taxed or insured. Is there any point in me informing the police, can they do anything? No crime to report in relation to their behaviour, but if they could get done for driving with no insurance or tax it would be pretty satisfying. |

If they wanted to they could find a crime in the behaviour they displayed but I think if they have a simple hit for driving without tax and insurance they will take an interest - car probably being used for something dubious anyway so a simple stop could get them something bigger...
just do it. people like this need teaching a lesson.... |

Scum, I'd report the low life. Is he stopped in a box junction or is that clutching at straws?
The other offences (tax & insurance) should be enough on their own though I'd hope. Let alone the threatening behaviour. Today's society...

Report it,they may have committed other offences and this info may help them piece something together. You never know. Ironic the big tough guy driving a girly convertible. Not something I'd have said to his face though!

It's a fairly simple section 4a public order offence, plus whatever driving offences there are on top.
If the police are on the ball they should send someone out to take a statement, check anpr to see if the vehicle has been driven lately and if it's registered to anyone, also the aggrieved should provide any witness details for further statements and any other evidence she has too. Call 101 to report it as it's not ongoing or an emergency. |

Report it to the police AND ensure you get a reference number for it.
That way it can't be filed in the bin, because if (for example) the scroat attacks someone in a road rage incident, then unpleasant questions will be asked of the officers concerned as to why it wasn't followed up - and nobody likes being left in the hot seat. |

There's a Ford transit right outside my workplace front gates, every day he parks like a cnut right on the apex of a tight bend in a new build housing estate.
Plenty of other more sensible places to park, like his own fucking drive the twat Anyway I was bored the other day so thought I'd use the government.uk website to enquire about tax and insurance. Oddly, it's insured but the road tax expired in September 2015!!! So reported it. And guess what, that was nearly 2 months ago. This shitbox is used daily. I've reported again another 3 times, this time letting rip in the free text box 👍 something like my own tax is due in May but hey fuck it why bother?? |

Or you could purchase a £100 shit box, dont bother to insure it or tax it then just ram it in to the van. Your total outlay will be about £200 (fine + purchase of the car) but the immense satisfaction of causing him more cost and damage could well be worth it |
