8. Home nav
Radio is great for background noise, the only good thing about Sirius is the quality ( No HD Radio in Canada) but i would never pay for it ( 10 dollars a month is highway robbery for radio lol). i find the iphone connection to be clumsy ( shuffling etc) and i don't have a big enough USB drive sitting around to transfer my itunes to the hard drive.

My cell phone is through work so i don't stream anything, don't want to be "that guy" who runs over his data plan...

So how do you program it to bring up the map in full screen or a specific app?
Did I miss an answer to HX_Guy? I'm not sure how to program a button to go to a screen (e.g. Sports Display) either. Could someone share?

Navigate to a desired option, highlight it with the controller but don't click/select, then push one of the numbered shortcut buttons. May take a bit of trial and error.

You can easily get Sirius at a discounted price once the trial is over and anytime it's up to renewal. I just renewed it on my wife's car, $25 for 6 months of service.

How do you get the discount? Call in or activation code?

Never used the damn things before.

Also this has not been mentioned in the thread a single time. Do your own reasoning.

When the trial period ends, I believe you have to call to cancel or it will auto renew. When you call to cancel, they will either straight up offer you a discounted price or you can ask for one...say you like it but not at full price, you don't feel it's worth it and ask if they have any promos available.

Can't auto renew since they don't have billing info. But good to know.

Guess your dealer activated it for you, then? They required my info to activate.

Had time to fine tune mine:

1) Split screen on/off
2) Messages
3) TPM ( tire psi and temp )
4) Sports display
5) Additional Apps (so i can choose Laptimer or TuneIn)
6) Map 0.25mi
7) wife's phone
8) Map home

I have Radio set to presets by default so no need for presets as a memory... i just press Radio on iDrive....

pikcachu,
The only way to get temp with your tire pres is to have it coded in correct?

Well... some cars come with the temp already by default....
why some do and why some don't... who knows

I think '15 comes with it by default by not 100% sure
