Launch control not activating

I can't get my launch control to work and I tried everything.

Engine and oil gauges are at operating temps, car in sport mode, driving mode in M/S with traction control button pressed once. Planting my foot on brake then doing the same with my right, but the brake doesn't seem to hold up and I end up going forward slowly without any launch control activation.

Any help if you have been successful?

How many miles do you have on the car?

Maybe it restricts you during the break in period.

How are you seeing your oil temps?

I'm almost at 9k miles. Since posting, I might have found a potential fix. I have been trying in manual shifting mode this whole time, but I might have to be in sport automatic for it to engage.

And you have to click on the sports gauges on the menu to see oil temp
