Hello all,

I recently tried a reset of my network settings on my iPhone 7 Plus and I've not had issues ever since. Bluetooth audio connects right away every time and stays on.

It's worth a shot if you're still experiencing disconnects.

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Post your results.
