want to change to 195

Hi everyone. I constantly look through these forums for very useful information. Thanks for a great forum. Anyways, I have a 330xi w/o sports package and so i have the 159 wheels. I'm not very familiar with the technical aspects of rims and tires so I don't know if this will work. I was thinking of changing to the 18" 195 wheels. I think these rims are gorgeous. What do you guys think? They're at bmwwheels for around 1400 for 4 of them. Obviously, i wouldn't do it until the summer though. Also, do you guys have any tire recommendations? I would prefer to have tires that I can use in the winter. Thanks!

Those are beautiful rims. I have a 330 xi coming and am also thinking of getting those rims. Gonna use the stocks for winter tires.

If you want 18 ALLSEASON you may think on regular tires ( Not RUN FLAT ). If I were you, I would keep the 159 with winter or allseason tires and you can use the 195 with high performance tires RF.

Have you seen 193 M spider spokes? They also compliment the E90 very well and is worthy of this plug. I've got my choices narrowed down to the 195 & 193 as of today -- the 162s are beautiful, but I think they are becoming very common.
