About to purchase this M3, opinions?

Hey Everyone,

I know a bunch of these posts keep popping up but I really value everyone's opinions so if you have any comments, please let me know!

Been looking for awhile for an E90 M3 and this one really peaks my interested.

The vehicle in question:

2011 BMW M3 Sedan E90 - DCT - Loaded - Jet Black/Fox Red - 85,000KM (53k miles) - Asking $48,000 CDN ($38k USD)

Facts I know from speaking with the current owner:
- Original Owner, Forum name: Kart
- 2011.0 (Early 2011 without Combox)
- Services up to date
- Out of Warranty
- Has OEM Exhaust Mod

Seems like a good deal to me. Love the red extended leather.

nay, given its high KM to asking price do not seem fair to me

Seller is willing to negotiate, any suggestions on what a fair price would be given the miles?

Yea price is a little high. But i would say $44,000 is appropriate for this car. Anybody want to chime in?

Agreed, $38k isn't bad for a 2011 but the mileage is a bit up there so I'd offer lower.

Good deal assuming engine is pretty good condition. Though that may be questionable given the OEM mod.

I bought pretty much exactly that for 43k$ CDN.

Negotiate a little...

Get a PDI in Laval or Blainville.

And get an oil analysis if you can...

Low 40k would be ideal
I am more type of a guy prefer less km with older car than high km with newer car.
I have 08 e92 with only 38000km for sale if you are interested. No accident, second owner 6Mt with carbon roof. However, I am in Vancouver BC lol
