This is only CF wrap and mine crack with heat as my turbo is just below the strutbar. I used this and changed to ARC which is much better CF quality and lasted till now without any signs of cracking.

Anyone know if one of these bad boys will make a difference on a 340 that already has track package and adaptive M Suspension? I put one of these on my Saab (I know ha ha ha) back in the day and the feel was night and day! Plus install took me about 10 minutes.

Placebo effect for me. I'm on stiff coilovers though. Bummer.

Its not a placebo effect as long as your expectations are properly set
The strut brace is preventative.. to reduce fatigue over time in the towers when hard cornering.. this is why hinged braces are a no-no.. and why a search for single piece steel brace for my 340i is still ongoing |

How about an F80 M3 strut brace then?
Without going all the way with the carbon fiber part you can still get struts hats for F80 and the (aluminium not steel) struts brace to match?

Ultraracing doesn't appear to make strut bars for n55, only the 2.0 engine according to the details, and neither did Mechunik as much as I searched. I don't like the look of the OBX, so I just ordered the Turner Motorsport Aluminum Strut Brace for my 435ix
I'll let you know if there is a perceptible difference...
