Paint Peeling

Has anyone else experienced any paint peeling? My car has low mileage on it and hasn’t been winter driven ever. The paint is peeling around the back fenders has anyone else had similar issues?

Without pictures it's very hard to know what a "similar issue" is.

I’m currently on a vacation so I don’t have the car with me and don’t have any pictures but it’s paint peeling completely off down to the metal under the back fenders.
