Charlotte NC Tuner shop
I have a 2010 M3 that I'd like to do quite a few engine and suspension mods to. Does any one have any suggestions for a reputable Charlotte area shop>

Eurowise is a nice shop and they definitely know VW/Audi. However, they did a real butcher job on a e36 M3 turbo kit I saw, and it makes me wonder how they could butcher something so simple.

That's the first negative review I've heard about eurowise. Mike has built his business on trying to provide the best possible customer service. Mike also provides his professional opinion on what parts (OEM, aftemarket/performance), would best fit a customers' needs. It wouldn't be fair to blame eurowise for doing a "butcher job" if a customer supplied their own parts for install.

Actually it was a CES kit, not random customer supplied parts. The kit is a quality bolt on, that many people have had no issues with. In the end, there were multiple installation problems. I am not knocking them the shop, I just wouldn't consider them a BMW tuner shop. The guys there are far more knowledgeable in the VW market. I am sure they can handle most everything, but they did kind of butcher the car in question.

Thanks for all the feedback guys.
As for the E36 M3 build. The amount of time and budget the customer gave us to work with to make the kit work properly that was 70% complete to start with. The job had to be rushed in order to get finished and back to the customer. This is something we will never do again. We learned from our mistakes to let the customer take control and the end result, the car was sent out and was not to our 100% satisfaction. Being a new business owner we do everything we can to make the customer happy even if we don't prefer to do it. In this case it has opened our eyes that it can lead to some negative feedback that we don't like to read about. We are not in anyway trying to defend ourselves with our reply simply letting anyone know we take responsibility in our actions and always do what we can to make any situation right again! On another note, since then we've stepped up our performance side of the shop and brought in a fabricator\ engineer with years of experience in NHRA Top Fuel Circuit, as well as time spent building Pro Street cars, dragsters, jet cars, Top Fuel funny cars, and Bonneville Salt Flat cars. thanks again!

Someone who runs his business with the best customer service is definitely full fledged now. The most challenging task for a businessman is to win the trust of his customers and Mike has done that. He's here not only for money but to share his knowledge and passion about cars.
