I think it is way to late for a paypal dispute. I believe we have to go straight to our cc company.

i'm a day away from filing it with my credit card company. i hate this shit... i filed a claim w/ paypal for the $25 clear bra.

what i meant was do either... or do both.

it is not too late for paypal dispute for me at least since i used 25 bucks from the checking account for the clear bra. but i probably wont see that money back if they've already removed their credit.

Luckily I paid using CC - filed a claim with them and also through PayPal for the $25 clearbra charge... hate to see this kind of thing in online communities because it really ruins the reps/credibility of other reputable companies that have worked hard to earn the community's trust...

Well it looks like we all lost 3 months time and have the hassel of having to file claims to try to get our money back, except those who paid with check or paypal cash account. Those guys are just out the money.

On the bright side we all have that $100.00 credit to spend at Trendix for a future purchase

if you havent noticed... trendix no longer exists... im pretty sure the Carlos, the new owner, already bailed. he hasnt replied to anybody... he hasnt even tried to defend himself...

It always amazes me how sarcasm is some how lost on the web. Since I had just posted in the previous sentence about how we were all screwed by Trendix and how they had stolen everybodies money I would think that it would be pretty obvious that I was joking about the 100.00 credit on future trendix purchase, but just in case anyone could miss that it was a joke I threw in one of these
