How do i replace front bumper reflectors on E92?

I have an Alpine white coupe, i tried to take off front reflectors, either to tint them of replace with clear ones.

1) How do i remove them? It looks like a clip on but is covered with plastic, whats the trick, i dont want to break the cover

2) Anyone know where i can get clear(white) reflectors?

Thanks in advance

LOL.

OP, i just did this today. replaced the stock reflectors with painted ones from longtran. it's basically glued with the sticky goo-ey stuff. i believe he says to use heat-gun or hairdryer. i just gave it plenty of goo-gone and pushed it in. it comes off pretty easily with a bit of effort. I'm assuming you don't have replacement reflectors(painted/tinted/whatever)? if you do then they should tell you how the OEM ones are attached. search and you'll find pictures.

You should probably plan on replacing them; i'm not sure the adhesive would work too well if you try to re-stick the old ones.
