Pretty cool. I think if you had a bright yellow board it would look strange.

Overall very clean, and I usually don't like Racks on Bimmers.

I just bought the same setup. I thought something was wrong with it as it does not fit flush agaisnt the roof of the car. But I see yours is the same way. I am not sure why BMW designed it to have a gap. I guess to protect the paint...

Very nice! What kind of setup do you have? I just got a new board/bindings/boots setup and I am just dying to try it out. I was supposed to go to BearCreek over this past weekend but the damn storm hit as I was entering I95 North. Where do you usually go?

my guess

i think you have installed your board the wrong way. are you sure that the boot holders should be on the top side?
