I would like to know how it drives compare to E70 X5M too!

Because of prices (X5M cost 200k+ here in Taiwan) so dealers rarely has one for test drives.

F85 is still essentially an E70 but with more tweaks to the engine and a new tranny, I wonder how big of a difference there really is?

Having owned both, I would have to say the F85 is far better vehicle. I too did not want to pay the big mark-up in price. But this new F 85 is a beast. Love the fact you can set two M drive. You have M1 and M2. The new add features are great. It hard to explain, since I ony drove one day before I park it. The ride is great. I feel like was driving my E60 M5 bust just higher off the ground. Since I'm away wife took a couple of pictures. Bad I phone pictures but I once again have my "Dream Garage".

What are your thoughts on the red interior? I still haven't seen it in real life (except through heavily tinted windows).

To me, the whole experience would be ruined by the fact that they spelled congrats with a freaking apostrophe.

WTF is wrong with people. Not every word ending with s has an apostrophe!

Great ride, glad to see you supporting our local dealers.

Has anyone seen the red interior with the blue exterior?

I've always been the all black interior for my cars, but now trying to vary it somewhat.

I've seen the red interior in the white M6GC and it was a bit overwhelming for me. Wonder how the red on blue would look like...

Took a road trip today, love the open road driving. My MPG is around 15.8-16mpg. Had a bad experience with BMW of San Antonio, I wanted to get some AC Schnizter medal pedals installed since I had left over new never installed from my 2013 X5M. They told me since they're not BMW part they could not install. I said your metal pedals are just not my style type. He said only those ones they would install. I asked was this BMW policy and he said no, just ours, it's safety issue. We cannot guarantee the part. I said they're only metal pedals. Since they're the only dealership in San Antonio, I have to deal with poor service. I took my 2004 X3 in for some work with the same shop. They told me since my car was old , they would not give me a loner car. They said they save the loners for customers with newer cars under warranty! I call BMW North America and they called General MGR and the next day I had a loner. I have been driving BMWs for over 30 years and this dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. I now will drive to Austin when I need service. Anyone else has had a bad experience with this dealership or anyother or have had a greaf experience please post it.
