All aboard Sagittarius Leader

My car finished production on 2/21, and is boarding the Sagittarius Leader for departure on 2/24, with an expected sail duration of 24 days to the West Coast...anybody else on board?

I'm wondering how you found out yesterday that your car was getting loaded on a boat today? From what I keep hearing, usually you don't know your vehicle is on a boat until after it has left port?

Mine has been setting at the docks for a week still waiting for a boat. Was hoping it left on the east coast boat that left yesterday but at this point doesn't seem likely.

Hiro- Based on your configuration, I found your car. You're on the Sagittarius Leader also. Ship Departure is supposed to be today, but it doesn't look like it's actually sailed yet...

It looks like our cars caught the same train to Bremerhaven, mine was produced 4 days later, but both arrived at the port 2/21. I bought from the same dealer as you, so maybe we'll see each other at delivery.

I ordered on 2/06, which is 3 or 4 days before you did.

Yea, I'll probably see you there at the MV dealership. I plan on taking that day off from work.

www.aislive.com allows you to see ship positions if it is in an area that is tracked.

At this moment, the ship is entering the Miraflores locks, and you can see it live at:

She docked in Port Hueneme on Saturday, 3/18, making it 22 days from Bremerhaven. Pretty quick, considering she also stopped in Jacksonville and San Diego!

Mine was unloaded from the S.D. dock on the 17th, but it is still not there at the dealership yet!!!!

There's a few steps between the ship docking and getting your car.

The car must be processed through the VPC (see sticky above), and then transported to the dealer, and then they have to do the final preps. In my case, ship docked 3/18, car made it to the VPC today, 3/20, est to depart 3/23, and delivery to dealer 3/25. Giving them a day or two to prep it, I'm hoping to have it early next week.
