Wife's 2015 X5 50i. MSRP almost 83K. Extremely low lease payment of $890 on this car. Took performance center delivery in late February 2015. It's flawless.

Is there any downpayment besides the new lessor paying the BMWFS transfer fee?

Nope. It was an employee deal, hence the super low payment.

Reason for sale is - as much as I love the X5 (I pushed hard to get it), my wife decided she wants to drive a Yukon XL TANK for more room.

I'm not thrilled about swapping out of this car. It was a smoking good deal, and its a riot to drive. Sad to see it go.

FYI- BMW is coming tomorrow to do an early lease termination inspection and if I don't find a taker we will be sending it back to BMW. I believe our lease payoff is below the value at this point, so whoever takes it inherits that as well!

The car is tentatively spoken for from another bimmerpost member. Starting the paperwork with BMWFS. If things change, I'll update the thread.
