tune?

I got a 2015 335i and can't decide which tune I want to go with;

ESS ecu flash
ESS e-tronic
afe scorcher
mppk - this might be too weak for my taste

any input would be greatly appreciated. I know about Enzo but shipping my ecu is too much as I can't be without a car for a day and ESS is local so I can get support locally when needed.

If warranty is an issue for you, i recommend you go with a stage 1 tune since it is easy to uninstall before dealership visit.

ESS piggy or AFE scorcher are the best choices in that list.

Why arent you considering the A8, JB or JB4?

I heard that the JB is not a smooth tune, never heard about the A8.

I see that you have 2 accounts

The JB stage 1 is as smooth as any stage 1 tune can be

hehe, the other account is my brothers account. Is the JB stage 1 tuned for specific octane? or does it adjust accordingly?

The JB stage 1 adds 3.5 psi boost . Works on 91 and 93 octane.
You can adjust boost as well with the USB cable

Is there a major difference between JB stage 1 and JB4 other than more power with Jb4?

JB4 controls boost by RPM, reads/delete codes, max boost by gear, datalog,etc...

If you are adding catless downpipes, the JB4 is a must

If you are keeping the car stock, JB is more than enough ( will give same power as JB4 on a stock car)
