Anyone install these? I am looking to purchase for the baby on the way and am wondering if they would require the dealer to install.

I was in a 7 series with remote sun visors and it worked pretty damn well.

Easy install by yourself. There's 3-4 U shaped stick on tabs. See post: http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=739843

My rear window is already tinted 20%. Unfortunately the sun still beams down on the little one's face because of the rear-facing car seat. My temporary solution has been to just use the sun shade from my wind shield. But that opens up other issues; it shades the little one just fine, however I can no longer see through the rear. So I may retint the rear to something darker or I may try out this shade... either way, it's gonna cost me a little bit of $.

I know, 1st-world probs...

It cant be removed whenever you want, will deteriorate after a number of years, involves some guy with a razor blade near your car.

I installed these myself when I had my e90 with no problems. Worked great with tint and I was still able to see out of the windows, but best of all the sun didn't bother my daughter anymore.
Also, they were so easy to remove and install that I would put them on loaners when I knew I'd have them for a while.
