Look into Direct offering and Public Offering. Those are the two types.

But just remember it can be positive or negative depending on how it goes.

I have been through offerings before and came out good, and then some have been bad.

But the bad ones I just wait out as a long term hold hold so I don't lose if I can.

This is only 1:3 which is nothing.

1.70's average holding strong.

Again...you do what you need to do. I'm holding. I already secured my entry cost. Now it's a waiting game for me.

Lol...I'm stubborn too. I have waited months and slowly averaged positions down. Some I got out sideways...others I got surprised and made a decent amount of money!

That place is crazy. Just be careful.....people have been blocked for putting out wrong info trying to drive share prices down. I don't believe 98% of what I read on there!

I tried to look up a few on it and my head started hurting. I bet those people drink a lot of coffee and Red Bull.

Was going to stay up until 4am and try to buy a few shares of XSPA pre market, but fell asleep. I still want in even after the RS. Doesn't an RS effectively pave the way for more volume down the road? Meaning it might be a good thing if PR is around the corner?

What do you guys think a good reentry point would be?

It can. It does reduce float which means there are less shares available. If something comes out like the announcement of a new contract...volume goes up and the shares become more valuable as there are less to buy.

As for compliance......they had until Sept. to achieve it...but were already 60% of the way there...so I don't believe this is what caused them to do the split.

We had a vote on the split awhile back...if you had held shares before a certain date. It was approved as a "nuclear" option.

I think Doug (CEO) is just trying to lure in bigger "fish"...especially if there are any PR's soon to follow!

It's only going to swing violently up or down from tomorrow onwards.

Up, if there is a good PR and bigger institution buys in. Down, if they do an offering to raise funds.

So take your pick on what you believe will happen.

Same age as you and have been investing heavily in stocks over the past few months as you can probably tell by reading through this thread.

I read where you said you're in the process of purchasing a house and am in a similar position myself. I am looking to build up a decent amount of cash and hopefully start shopping next year when prices start to come down. I think a correction is inevitable with current mortgages in forbearance here in the states. I'm planning on finding something 3bd (+) and renting out bedrooms individually to cover the majority of my mortgage. Have even thought about doing a triplex or quadplex, but I would like to have a garage for obvious reasons.

If you want a good platform to start messing around with a few hundred bucks for fun check out Webull. If you want I can PM you an affiliate link to sign up and we can both get 2 frees stocks!

All the best,
Jordan

I see, that makes sense!

I think Doug has high hopes for the company. He seemed confident in his vision in both interviews I watched. Going to see what happened by Friday. Might be able to scoop up some bargains.

Yep....so now it comes to down to how hard it gets pumped up AH.

The ratio of the R/S is what intrigues me. As I always stated...this is a LT hold for me. It's not costing me anything. Even after all the stuff going on today....I'm still up almost 165% on what I am holding.

I have other stuff that I'm swinging that are primed to at least make me 50% this week on what I have in them!

I've sold more than what i have invested in XSPA. Right now its pure profit money thats left in it.

I am in CHFS with you. Are you expecting it to pop up later this week or the week after?

https://www.globenewswire.com/news-r...-patients.html

Also....Im in UAVS .....this will got to $2.00 quickly. Charts are crazy. I got in at a dip at 1.58.

Its now 1.61.

When it pops....it will run hard!!!!

Do your own research to see how this is primed to "take off" ....(Drones)
