can you guy help me out and post DIY for stage 1, i know its easy and i have done N54 tunes but i just want to make sure i'm looking in the right places

Stage 1 is very easy. You can just buy Stage 2 or you can buy stage 1 then upgrade to stage 2. Stage 2 isn't a huge upgrade over Stage 1 unless you are doing other mods such as a down pipe.

Stage 1 with a Down Pipe works fine and gives more power than stage 1 alone. Stage 2 + Down Pipe gives even more power when you select map 2.

2012 F30 should be Type B (but you can look at your car to confirm)

You can go Stage 1 > Down pipe if you want.

If you are going to install stage 2, you may as well just buy Stage 2 and skip Stage 1. Stage 2 kit is the same as Stage 2 with extra connections and different box.

Stage 2 is a bit more complicated to install as you tap into CAN wires, but it's not that difficult if you follow the instructions.

You may not want Stage 2 if you cannot understand the instructions. There is no video for it yet and the software you must install on your computer to change the maps are in English only as far as I know.

I think I'll take the stage 1 because I'm afraid I do not know how to install the Stage 2, a shame because the stage 2 gives more power but if I do not get ca is useless
