Possible downpipe and FMIC for f44 m235.

After messing around with real oem, I had found the catalytic converter and intercooler have the same part numbers as the F60 JCW mini. Curious if anyone has thought about seeing if they will truly fit. Just an idea if anyone was looking for more power.

I drive an X2m35i so I was keen to look through realoem as well.

I think one of our greatest assets will be the m135i in UK as they seem to love to tune those things.

That and the new GP mini for engine related stuff.

Please let me know if you find anything. I would like a little more sound from the exhaust.

I want to pull the trigger on a miltek downpipe but my corvette is tying up all my mod money atm. 350$ for the downpipe or 350$ for the parachute mount and cable 🤷🏻

Several exhuast options found overseas

I haven't contacted them yet, but it looks like they have multiple options for the M235i.

Yeah at a stupid price. Mini F60 JCW and F56 both share the same downpipe as the f44. No reason a downpipe from one of those cars won't fit. Multiple options for those cars in the 295-400$ range for catless.

Nope, I'm not willing to dump 350+ just to find out it won't work. It's my daily also. My focus is on my z06 as priority 1.

I might try it out and purchase a high flow. The OE part numbers are the same for both cars, and the engine bay looks almost identical. Worst case scenario, the shop tells me it doesn't fit, and I return it.

Why won't anyone respond to the speaker post?

^^ I would like to but I am too new to this platform. I have been doing research on my own, for instance, I called today to Eurocharged but they were closed, I navigated through ECS tuning, Burgermotorsports tuning and a half a dozen other websites but I did not find much, only super sprint I believe has a very expensive downpipes option.

I am surprised that I haven't seen much on this engine, I only seen boot mod and little more for full ECU software. Trust me, I want a downpipes, a decent air filter and a full ECU software for my car (M235i xdrive). At this point I continue to search on google but I am just not thrilled of what I am seeing. For instance, if you go with a competitor A3/S3 you have half a dozen well known reputed companies that offers true high quality tunes: Cobb tuning,APR, Revo, Unitronic, ieperformance, 034 motorsports and another 8 or 10 companies of second tier tuning but they still offer full ECU tunes.

This F44 engine is far behind as far is R&D for tunes and parts. You would think that "big companies" like Alta that have been offering stuff for the mini coop[er S would already had bolt on parts for the Mini Cooper S works all 4 (M235I X drive) but there is none.

If I find anything relevant I will share it, thanks for pushing this topic.
