New setup is 20" x 10" square. Rims are Vertini RFS1.2 with a 20 offset. New tires are Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 275/40-20 all around.
Cost of replacing the Firestone tires: $992 again plus balancing and mounting. That's a $794 savings + I get to rotate the tires so that all four tires wear out at the same time.
Weight of new setup: Rims are 25lbs and tires are 32lbs = 57lbs per corner.

Caution: Not all aftermarket 20" rims will clear the brake calibers. I had my eyes on Curva CFF46 rims, but they did not clear. Probably the tech didn't recognize the difference between an X4M and an X4MC (I am guessing).

Adding pictures I happened to shoot tonight. Sorry about the dirty wheels. My original rims were ceramic coated, the new ones are not - yet. Never realized what a big difference that makes.

I really like the "openness" of these rims showing off the brake calipers.

Edit: My installer, Audiocityusa.com took professional pictures of my car's setup:

Looks great! I dig the wheels and have been looking at 1.2's in Brushed Silver.

How much did the wheels cost, if you don't mind?

$1,879 for the set.
Mine are ET20. These wheels come as "blanks" and my shop machined them down to the ET20. I had 12mm spacers with the 765M M wheels before this setup. The 765Ms are ET 31 (front) and ET39 rear), so ET20 and no spacers was "close enough."

Appreciated the PM from EricP3 this morning indicating wheel weights and tire type for his great-looking Richland Forged GT4 setup he shared in another thread. https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showp...postcount=3588

This allowed his data to be entered to the 'Known Weights' list in the OP - up to 105 combinations now with 64% known weights, and that was the first for Richland Forged.

Perfect - thanks! Got your data entered into the Master List Known Wts as I was able to use the wheel wts from BrockDM's Dad's info for his of similar specs and tirerack.com for the tire wts - only 218 lbs total!

Those look perfect!! Hyper silver on a black vehicle takes the cake for me. Great setup

Excellent - thanks for sharing, bigred_m3 - you're now entered into the known wt list section. Was able to use the CI-R 20x10 ET25 for wt estimation of 27.9 lbs (should be extremely close in wt with same ET and similarity of design), and Conti website for tire wt (30.1 lbs), so 232 lbs total -

Up to 108 combinations now, with 65% known wt.

Added to the list - ThirstyX3M's great-looking BC Forged HC010 setup ( https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showp...postcount=1573 ).

If/when he gets the wheel weights from his Vendor or BC Forged, NA I'll move his details up to the known Wts category.

Badass setup!! You mention 20" wheels but a 21" tire. Those are 21x10 squared correct? It looks awesome.

BrockDM You are correct . . . 21x10, square. Fat finger typo. Glad you like them. I'm pretty pumped on them, too.

FYI: I just realized you stole my license plate and I hate you for it (jk).

I always had White Sox plates. When I bought this car last December, I checked Illinois' pick-a-plate website and was shocked to see "S 58" was still available. However. I decided to leave the Hawaii plate on the car because the HI registration was good until November 2023, S58s had been out for several years and no one had taken it yet, and I didn't want to pay for two registrations just to get the WS S58 plate (and the rainbow is pretty sweet). My HI plate expired yesterday. I went to the DMV and - lo and behold - S58 is gone. I now see you're the one that snagged it.

LOL it's funny because I looked a couple months ago and when I saw it was available I knew I had to jump on it. It's been a while since I had a vanity plate and it seemed like the right time to go back ha.

Excellent! Great looking setup, and appreciate the detailed specs. I've entered your new combo in the List (you're now the 3rd lightest).
