17x7 et42 with 205/50/17 will it work

Hey guys i know that et40 will work. just making sure et42 will work to clear the calipers before i pull the trigger on a winter set. thanks. Most fitments ive seen are with et42.

You can use anywhere from 5 1/2" to 7 1/2" width rims on 205/50/17
