with Vincent's kit, you need the wheel and pay 400bucks or so for his kit, with this DIY, you just need the wheel and do some wire taping yourself.

holly crap, I guess if anyone wants to do a retrofit, they better buy the steering wheel used, or else it'll cost big $$$$ buying all the SEPARATE parts from BMW

Dante, from the last link you posted, I jsut realized that's the same guy who dropped a M3 engine in his 323, I read through his post on the modding progress, that guy is just insane!

I checked the feedback of last auction that the seller had, the one ended at $760. The buyer is a dead bidder, won the auction and didn't want it anymore, gave the seller bad feedbacks.
