First M
Just curious as this is pitched as a gateway drug car into M cars. For how many of us will this be your first M? From what I've read many have already had an M3 or 1M at some point.
Is the M2 your first M car, hopefully less than 6 months to go now!

It would be my first M car. Debating between the M2 and fully loaded Mustang Gt. But I've decided I want a sports car, not a boat. And I can swing up for the M2 because of where it's positioned.
I'm excited. Now only if they would reveal the damn thing. |

First M is my E92 M3. Found it in California and had it shipped to me sight unseen, very unusual color combo.
Picked up the E36 M3 locally. Was supposed to see track time, but it's turned into a DD. M2 will complete the trifecta. Not sure what role it would play, but I guess I've got the itch to start a new project.

Had an 01 M3 and an 03 M5. Had the M3 as brand new and had it for 4 years, sold it with 120k miles on the original clutch still. The M5 was a dream I chased for many years and finally got it in 06 with only 10k miles on it. Sold it about 3 years ago with just under 50k miles and at the worst possible time. Looking forward to the M2 but if the price is near 65 I'll likely jump ship into an F80 M3 instead.

I'm still looking at a new mustang gt...among other things. Seems like the greatest bang for your buck, but mustangs are everywhere. Not sure I'd be 100% happy with a stang.

while I may have wanted a V8 on occasion.... it wouldn't have been a Mustang.. E90! I don't think you will regret going M2 over any Mustang |
