M235 Wireless Charger Mod

During disassembly, it takes a fair amount of force and required a rag and 2x vice grips to remove.

Just be careful to pull from the top section of tabs, or it will damage the part.

IT WORKS!

Ok, so here is what I can tell you.

I have a 2022 F44 that came with NFC but no wireless charging.

I ordered BMW part. 9442419

From: https://www.ebay.com/itm/275342480536

To remove it I popped off the plastic phone holder and grabbed the old part with needle nose locking pliers and pulled back as each side popped out the the clips. NOTE: I covered them and the sides of the enclosure with blue painters tape to protect the surfaces as well as the nose of the pliers.

Once installed I had wireless charging and NFC control still.

Simple easy I have not bother coding left behind phone yet.

Hi all, I ordered a new 128ti in February arriving October 👍, it's meant to be coming with the Comfort Pack II, this includes comfort access.
It's also meant to have the Digital Key. However I couldn't get wireless charging. Without the wireless charging does that mean it won't have the digital key?

You can have digital key without wireless charging. (Mine does.) The charging pad is there; it just doesn’t charge.

So you have NFC and the wireless charging pad but you have been unable to get the digital key code right?

Can anyone tell me where this plugs in to? Where do you get power from?

Also, how to code it?

You can get it done yourself but would be advisable to get it done through a dealer. You could contact the one that got mine done for me through WhatsApp ‪+1 (401) 206‑0558‬ He can do it within your own convenience

A car dealer would be better, cos explaining it to you, something could go wrong. You can contact the guy that helped me with mine through WhatsApp ‪+1 (401) 206‑0558‬ He can do it within your own convenience.

I have rebuild the wireless charging unit but the phone will not be charged. Is there any solution (maybe coding in the new versions)? My Car is build 06/22 with the software 07/2022.58.

Thanks!

What link to you mean? You need a tray with nfc and wca. Then you must code the wca and thats it.
But I think you will have the same problem that it not will work.
