2024 40i slow shifting from reverse to drive

Recently picked up a new 2024 X5 40i after an accident claimed my 2022 X5 and loving the LCI update. One thing I've noticed though is that shifting from reverse to drive seems to take a couple seconds longer than the 2022 did. Initial shift into reverse is quick, just putting the car in drive is quick, everything else feels great (if not better than the 2022) but backing out of my garage and then putting it into drive definitely takes longer. Anyone else notice this with the LCI?
