Need some quality advice..

Ok here's the scenario..

2008 E92 M3 I bought the car with 42k miles. The car had full service history with BMW and all things looking like they were done according to BMW service recommendations the car came with The extended maintence program so I was able to get brakes and diff fluid change done before the 50k end of maintence.
The only thing that shows on history is the DCT software update and a couple light bulb replacements that's it it's been really reliable and it's obvious the original owner took great care and I've continued that. It has always had TWS
In it I've changed oil closer to 10k than 15k.

Now being the first BMW I have purchased I bought a Platiimum extended warranty Good for 3 years 50k miles. It's been 1 and 1/2 years and 20k miles since. The car has 62k on it. It runs perfectly and has very little to no engine noise. I love the car and plan on keeping car long term..

The question Is with the rod bearing issue in mind.. And assuming the warranty company would have to pay the bill if something happens.

1. leave it and just drive it.
2. Leave it and drive it until warranty is almost up then pay to have bearings
Replaced.
3. Have the bearings changed within say 10k miles anyway.

What would you do?

Thanks for any input..

Do nothing and renew your BMW warranty when the current one expires.

4. Understand that there's no such thing as "Long life Engine Oil" and that it was all a hoax (especially when BMW changed from Castrol to Shell). Start changing oil every 4500 miles (I change mine every 1/2 year or 5000km whichever comes 1st, so about every 3000 miles). It seems that Rod Bearing is mostly of a USA problem, because I didn't find any data on it in UK or Asia forums.

If you fully utilize 8300rpm and change oil every 10k miles, then rod bearings are bound to go sooner or later.
