hey, i'd luv to see how they turned out. Congrats! I know for us 325i halogen owners, this is the MOST WANTED mod, no matter if we'll admit it or not, the car wasn't complete without it..

what was your deal again? did you get the chip?

He did Halogen to Euro Spec Adaptive Xenons. No chip. Just some handy rewiring as per ADHD's previous posts on the matter. No error message. Of course...also no adaptive feature.

He picked up the bulbs. but we did not swap them out cuz it was too freaking hot to mess with it anymore! He is going to check it out in the AM, and give final report on that one side...the other was perfect, no issues.

FYI:

We also did my car...US spec Adaptive Xenon to Euro spec Adaptive Xenon!!!

Straight PLUG and PLAY.....NO REWIRING AT ALL! Looks hoooooooooot!

Basically did some wire splicing and grounding as ADHD has described. That was all that was required to get the lights to work...and to avoid any warning signal.

Yeah, my lights will be sold soon. Someone has dibs on my lights already. They were just waiting to see if we could actually replicate the Halogen to xenon conversion with an adaptive set and have functional lights, without any issues.

Dude....patience. I know its hard just sitting back....but, there are some plans in the works out here in SoCal. More info to follow if it works out.

Well Magmd u got it almost right!! THere is still an error in DIESEL's car!
The error will not go away the one we were talking about was the error that came up when no headlight was in! so I completly understand why u thought that! His car through me two errors but Know its only throwing the one just like mine and everyone else who has done the conversion!

Yeah I still have the one error everyone who does the swap gets. It only comes on when I turn the xenon portion of the headlight on though and the message goes away after a couple of seconds. I could really care less at this point I am still riding the Euro Xenon high baby lol.
