I would probably pay 7-800 for the euro adaptive xenons, and probably sell my current adaptive xenons...

Maybe we should setup a trade program with the Euro spec cars. There might be some kooks over on the other side that wants a amber marker.

I have quite a few miles, I could get any ticket for free or less than that more than likely
Way to pay attention to detail though and call me out.

MSRP is something like $1200 USD/each for the full light assembly if you have Xenon/adaptive.

Best chance is if you ever have an accident, then have the repair shop order the Euro lights (and M-Sport bumper) for replacement.

P.S. - we never had this conversation

You would be surprised by what strange Euro only parts are in stock for the NA market. I ordered the cylindrical air filter for a Euro spec E90 just to see what the differences are and I had it the next day.

Besides, with rare exception, BMW NA will deliver any BMW part number. The only exceptions I can think of are the factory fire extinguishers, butane cigarette lighters and parts for BMW Individual cars (which require a VIN, mostly because it is the only way that the factory would know what to deliver then any sort of "exclusivity" deal).

Are there no vehicle inspection issues? If we can legally install them aftermarket, why can't we get them stock?

If you already have adaptive Xenons you can get the euro headlamps for $1699.95 on ebay, then maybe sell your original headlamps to a 325i owner here on the forums, they'd ofcourse have to buy the ballasts, wiring harnesses, etc to make it work though.
