F44 Aftermarket Parts
Hi,
I was wondering if you could post links to cool after market parts/accessories for the F44 Gran Coupe. I have the 228i and I wanted to make it look "better". I was also hoping if anyone knew if there are after market tail lights for the F44 yet? If not, when do you think they will be made? Thanks! |

Dont know if they will ship to Canada but I have just installed the V1 front splitter and V2 side skirts on mine from Maxton Design.

Yes. Felt horrible drilling holes in such a new car but once you get over that its fine. It comes with nuts and bolts but I used plastic rivets instead to save taking the bumper and side sills off. Used some sikaflex at the very rear of front splitter to make sure no air car travel through from front to rear. Didnt do this first time on my F40 M135i and tore it off doing 100mph+ on a track

Just an FYI plastic rivets were not enough to hold this in place. Use the heavy bolts supplied in the kit. Lost mine on the motorway New one ordered and lesson learnt.

I assume you bought your car then? I definitely want to get some splitters but I don’t think I’m gonna be drilling into my leased car, I was thinking some extra strength gorilla tape, I’ve been using that for license plates on my other cars and while I know this is heavier I’m pretty sure that it will hold, at least for the rear mini spoiler that I just bought
