If you see any of your colleagues on that team, remind them that fireworks are dangerous and should only be handled by trained professionals.

Seriously though, I am suspicious about this being a staged viral video, trying to create a PSA about the dangers of illegal fireworks. I saw at least two camera angles on our local TV news, and both were framed on the exploding truck as if they were expecting it to explode. Just a bit too coincidental for me, especially in a region that is home to many Hollywood stunt people.....

This has happened often on my department…….the guy that should've left, but decided to work one more shift or one more month, only to give the greatest sacrifice.

Recently we had a guy on my department who stayed longer and then decided it was finally time to leave. On the way home from a shift - and 3 days from retirement - he received a call from a partner who just wanted him to stand by/stake-out while they dealt with a situation. The soon-to-be retiree never made it home from that incident.
