Cruise Control warning light

Hi,
Does anyone know what the yellow cruise control indicator means? I'm driving an E92 330i. It first appeared today when setting the cruise control. The cruise control didn't engage. I stopped, turned off the engine then turned it back on and tried again when up to motorway speed and it engaged. After a braking event the problem returned.

I had a brake fluid change recently and I've not used the cruise control since then.

Any ideas?

You'll need to get it read. There are a number of items that can cause cruise control failure.

Could any of those reasons be caused by a brake fluid change. I notice that the pedal hardens when pressed more than once. Perhaps there is air that needs bleeding out.

Unlikely most of the time if is ABS/ DSC/ or brake system itself but I have seen this happen to other BMWs when the engine or engine control management system was out of wack meaning the DME was seeing something off in the engine but it showed no codes pointing on the CEL. Hopefully the codes will steer you to the problem once read using a BMW code reader...
