My favorite commercial

I'd say this is my favorite auto commercial, or maybe even my favorite commercial.

I saw it a while ago on the speed channel, it's for the new 911, and every time I see it I still cry.

Yep, I saw it...it's been around. I believe there is a shorter version where it starts off with the kid arriving at the dealership.

I saw this in a thread of "favorite car commercials" on another forum, and someone posted a commercial that must have been from the 1970s -- it was for Saab (I think) with cars driving in formation that displayed some incredible driving. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I never saw that commercial before so thanks for the link. I really wanted the commercial to be longer and see the kid come back as a mid-to-late 20 year old. Then an old man would meet him by a 911 with a warm smile. That old man would be the same man that gave him a card 20 years ago.

Yeah, I saw this commercial like 1000000000 times. I laughed the first time, because of how the salesman actually acknowledged the kid.

100% true...i hate most dealerships in here....if i ever have future plans of having a dealership (which is on my mind) i would make it my priority to have the atmosphere calm and down to earth, no sharks roaming and something ideal, bigger profits can take a backseat...
