Wife must be after something......

......I just can't work out what.

This week I've pretty much had to force her to take my car to work a couple of times instead of her Q7 to get the miles down on her car.

Said she didn't like the sitting down low, and the bumpier ride.

Then, this morning, she actually asked if she could take my car out to meet a girlfriend for brunch.

She then came home saying she might have been wrong all along and could we go to the gigantic BMW dealer in Sheffield to look at fast cars this afternoon that we might get next.

In all the years I have known her she has never been interested in fast cars before.

Should I take her interest now at face value and be pleased in her interest? Or, is this some kind of elaborate trick?

On a more serious note, after a little further investigation, her WAG type friends, who work at the local beauty salon doing her eyebrows and lashes, took a swooning interest in the sporty looking and sounding car with the red interior, when she parked outside this week.

A bit of peer approval and suddenly she's interested in cars.

Maybe I can get an MPPSK out of this after all.

Not all bad news. If she's sleeping with someone else it means I don't have to. And I just spent the afternoon in the biggest car dealership I've ever been in.

The second hand section in the mini part alone was 44 cars each side, so I would guess about a 100 meters long.

No no, Golf R's are in the West Midlands. In Sheffield everyone is so so so poor that no one has a Golf R to steal. They have make do with nicking Vauxhall's and setting them on fire at Manor Top. A good old Sheffield tradition.

About 110 ish Mini's inside, new and second hand and 140 BMW's, all inside.

About 120 ish Mini's inside, new and second hand. Not sure how how many BM's, must be 70 plus.
