Does anyone know the colour name or code of the outer rim (silver) colour, not the inside of the grey spokes!

I've got some light scratches that I want to touch up

Is the silver portion painted? Or milled?

These are diamond cut, so there is no 'correct' paint colour. A matter of trial and error or find an expert who can advise.
