Black & Decker battery operated leaf blower. Because I already have it, and I actually blow leaves with it in the fall (as well as blowing out the garage on occasion, the deck or sidewalk, and the dust or pollen off the car when I don't feel like spending the time actually washing it).

I give the car a quick once-over with the leaf blower, next use a soft towel on the large areas (hood, windshield), next blow again around the windows and doors, fuel fill, rear view mirrors, taillights, grille, etc., and lastly finish with the towel anywhere there were water streaks and in the door jambs and such. I use the leaf blower on the wheels as well. I can dry a car in ~ 10 minutes and have it dry enough in the nooks and crannies to put wax on it if I wish.

I use a blowgun (compressed air) around all the trim, mirrors, and any other water traps. Then I use my Ego blower. I'll finish up with a towel.

I've got the BigBoi BlowR Mini+ and the BigBoi Buddi which I only use if I'm only cleaning the wheels. I got both mine from Ultimate Finish.
