Finally took my first test drive in a 335i

All I have to say is wow. I test drove a 335i sedan yesterday with premium nav, no sport. Holy Sh!t you guys got a sick car. I seriosly canot wait to get this car. Its unbelievable and amazingly fast. Smokes my g35 coupe no questions asked lol. The salesmen let me boogie with it twice, once ona nice twisty backroad and once and the parkway on the way back.

Car is outrite insane.

You think a stock 335i is unreal (which it is), but just wait until you get one and add another 60WHP/100 lb.-ft. RWTQ with the the PROcede for $1,300...then, you'll really know what's insane!!!!!

lucky u. I cannt find any local dealers that have the coupes in stock at all. I never buy a car without test driving it first, but it seems this car is dodging me.

With the XEDE (stock exhaust), running on 93 octane, I gained 57 WHP and 92 lb.-ft. RWTQ (322 WHP / 378 RWTQ); the PROcede should add even more ~ 60+WHP / 100+ lb.-ft. RWTQ!!!! Just wait, once you get your 335i, and then get the PROcede installed, you're gonna sh!t in your pants!!!!!

btw -- I also came from a loaded, modded '04.5 Infiniti G35 Sedan (Z-tube/K&N filter, 3/8" Plenum Spacer, Coupe midpipe, Grounding Gear, etc.) and a loaded '03 FX35, and this FI BMW 335i is just amazing!

I think the coupe is on-demand and you have to order one with a wait of at least a month, if you are lucky. But the good side, you can order and take ED or at least PD @ SC.

Wow, you're in LA and no dealers have coupes.....how about driving a sedan? You'll get the general idea that way.

It's a great car, but you just never know, I agree with you, I could never buy a car sight-unseen and never having driven it. Once I inquired on a
E55 AMG for kicks back in early 2k4. The salesman told me he doesn't have one to show, he wont have one to drive, and the first possible car I could get would have been 4 mos down the road and he needed a deposit. No way could I simply assume it was a great car, and luckily I couldn't and still can't afford it!
