Does everyone with a Confirmed Production date of 6/25 also have a requested date of 5/19?

Hey man I just filled out the survey. Just FYI, I am doing BOTH Euro delivery and Performance Center. The option only says one or the other. Not sure if everyone knows that you can still do the performance center even after the Euro Delivery.

The only thing that sucks about that, (based on the confirmation email I just received) is that usually Euro delivery to East coast dealer is 6-8 weeks delivery, but if you do performance center, the wait is then 10 weeks. The price I pay to drive their car (not my own) on their track I guess.

Keto, you're a trip...maybe you are the twin separated from birth...

I drive an AW 550i Msport (2013) and I am ordering a SO/SO MT M3 with Euro delivery the week before you. I will still probably be on the euro trip when you get your car, as I think I will stay out there at least 2 weeks. If you want to catch up, give me a holler...

What's the "requested date" everyone is referring to? Are you saying that we can contact our sales guy and ask for an earlier date than the confirmed production week?

No, the requested dated is what your dealer requests when he puts the order into the system. Doesn't mean your going to get it.

I'm up in the air about adding the M Adaptive suspension to my order. What are your guys thoughts? Also I have the enhanced Bluetooth in my order but I actually don't know what more that provides that the car already comes with.

I have enhanced Bluetooth checked but it sounds like it's mostly a waste. It's the one thing that I would have changed on my order, but I'm too afraid to make any changes now in case it pushes the production date out somehow. Anyone know if this is a valid concern?

I also have the adaptive suspension checked. I like the idea of going comfort mode when I drive on rough roads, figured it may be more gentle on the rims etc

For M Adaptive Suspension, look for racer20's posts in this thread.

For Enhanced Bluetooth and Smartphone Integration, read this thread:

From what my dealer told me you can make all the changes you want while its at the 111 stage. I added the Harman sound this week and it didn't change anything with requested or confirmed production. The dealer will get a notice that the car is going to be going into production at that point you have 48hours to make any change.

Correct, changes will not move you back unless you add something that is not yet available or of limited availability. As soon as you go 112, you period for additional changes is limited (not sure about 48 hours),

I didn't add the adaptive suspension because I'll be lowering the car as soon as KW or Dinan comes out with something. I'm going to get another set of Klassen wheels.

Can't you still lower the car with the Adaptive suspension, I believe H&R has springs just for the adaptive suspension.

I'm under the impression that the Adaptive programming was in addition to EDC. I'm guessing lowering will mess up the programming with the Adaptive option. I wish I could get it without EDC all together. EDC makes the shocks cost 5 times more and makes KW-V3 more expensive due to the need for EDC delete. I'm not messing with my Porsche suspension. Porsche makes the car low enough from the factory. The M3 is just too tall in the front, especially with aftermarket wheels.

Adaptive M Suspension = Electronic Damper Control. The Dinan springs on my E92 are a good match to the EDC.
