how much are they charging you for it?

idk for sure since i haven't done it myself on the e9x. but a few others cars i worked on in the past took on the average about 2-3 hours.

He has'nt given me an exact charge, but believe me, I will request this prior to work. I live in a smaller town (100K). This is a BMW tuner/parts specialty company (BMP Design/Al Hafner Tuning) so I do trust them. Otherwise.........you're looking at PEP Boys, etc. No freakin way. So, I'm very willing to pay a reasonable amount to ensure quality work on a BMW.

I see your point and i'm also the type to over-pay (only if i have to) to get the work done perfectly the first time. on the other hand, something like a cat-back installation... it's something you could DIY. so yeah. i thought i'd just ask. well, good luck with it! and update us with some pics/clips when you are done.
