I picked up a 2015 M235 (used about8k mi) and was really disappointed with the brake feel ( firmness and bite ). I assume you did pads, lines and brake flush. Which fluid did you use?

Thinking about going to better pads if the simple flush and lines don't make enough improvement.

I don't want to strip anything.

Swapping to SS hoses as soon as you can provide this.
