I am glad to say that my dealer seems to be very good compared to all yours.

I ordered my car in April for a June delivery. I received a call last Thursday telling me that my car will arrive at the dealer the following day......one month early!! Just adding a few bits and pieces at the dealer, transferring my private registration and all being well should be able to pick it up early next week.

Did have a few problems before I ordered it however. I went to my local BMW dealer and all he could offer me was September delivery....who wants to wait 5 months to get their new car So, outcome was that I hoped in my current Beemer, headed an hour down the road to Dundee, ordered my new motor, got more for my current car and got better delivery!

So, its true what they say.......it pays to shop around!!

You better follow-up with the dealer. They should be able to start ordering mid-July as soon as the prices come out. Ordering in Sept., you'll be lucky to get it by New Year's since they don't make that many. Also a lot of dealer's have a long list to turn in already.

According to my dealer. My car was going to be here last Friday. Then Friday at about 4 PM the dealer called and said that they were not going to be able to make delivery that day. Now it should be tomorrow or Tuesday.
