Brooksmoto Forged Replica 863M Wheels Installed

Just a few pictures of my newest wheel setup for my Bluestone Metallic Msport 530e. I came across these wheels on the used market for a price I could not refuse. Yes they're reps but come from a highly reviewed manufacturer. They make some really nice looking stuff and after speaking with another member (@n. I'm not here to argue the merits of reps vs. OEM, because I tend to side with the later. The forged price point and look of these wheels are what sold me completely (about 1k less total than what it would cost me to ship here). I like the custom offsets available that do NOT require any spacers for a good flush OEM fitment. If I were to do it again I would have gone with a wider rear tire, there is a little too much stretch with the 275's and not enough lip protection. The machine face finish with gloss black inner barrel go well with look and I couldn't be happier. It looks super OEM. The pedantic guy in me doesn't like that OEM 863M's aren't available in machine finish that I know of, so eagle eye purists could spot the fake. I'm not trying to claim any differently so it's a non-factor. Wheel finish looks great, who they hold up only time will tell. Wheel specs listed in my garage and a you can find the ebay shop here. I have no affiliation with them, just wanted to post my quick thoughts for community as I feel like these are a decent option value proposition.

Yeah, when the cost difference is a factor of 1-5, I can get behind reps. Especially when the manufacturer is so well reviewed. The fact they can make custom offsets is the icing on the cake. I believe the M5 wheels I was trying to find are a bit too agressive on the rear for our suspensions.

Look great! And for real forged wheels this is a great price!
How light are they?

I had a set made from VSForged at similar price but most other brands are way more expensive (BBS…)

Compared to the stock style 759i with the same spec rubber I saved about 3 lbs. a corner.

On eBay it says this wheel doesn’t fit my 540i, would it be the same as your 530? My cars alpine white and I want something a bit more aggressive then OEM and this honestly look great

Looks amazing, reminds me very much of the M5 789M rims.

That doesn't make much sense as I'm under the impression that unless you have a F90 M5, the wheel spec requirements are the same across the entire model range from 530i to M550i. I believe if you message them directly they will manufacture the wheels to whatever offset you request.
