1 series 70 plate digit Speedo

Hi, I have a 1 series 70 plate (new shape)… does anyone know is there a digit speedo?

BMW can’t seem to answer it 🤷&zwj;♂️

I believe it’s a F40 speedometer

I guess in some countries the digital speedo is an optional upgrade ��
