Missing QlockTwo Widget
Hi,
I just noticed that my QlockTwo widget has disappeared from my home screen (replaced with a "Not Available" message). Since this occurred close to May 1, did BMW discontinue the widget or should I reboot iDrive? Thanks in advance! |

The clock was showing before the update and right after but a couple minutes later it was gone and now just shows "Not available". |

In my case, it is the rightmost widget on my home screen (idrive 8) and I am almost always in the full screen navigation anyway so I don't actually use it or really care about it. Quite frankly I thought it would have been removed a while back.

Has always been to me a sentinel example of just because you can write a program, doesn't mean you should write a program....

Yesterday as I was waiting in the car while my wife was running an errand I went on my home page and decided to remove the "Not available" app and to my surprise, the car showed me that there was another widget to add... and it was the QlockTwo widget that came back from the dead, lol.
So I added it back and removed the "Not Available" entry... so back to how it was before. Very weird. |
