Price paid: 06' 330i
Just picked up my new baby a few days ago in Macon, GA. Listed at $28.9k and I ended up paying $26.750+taxes, etc. I know it wasn't a steal, but I have been looking for a particular combination for a month or two and every one I find ends up selling before I can go look at it. This one is a CPO ordered in May of 06, Black w black dakota leather, 34k miles, 6-speed, PREMIUM PACKAGE, SPORT PACKAGE, BLUETOOTH, LOGIC 7 SOUND SYSYEM, POWER SEATS, ADAPTIVE LIGHT CONTROL, UNIVERSAL HOMELINK GARAGE DOOR OPENER, SELF-DIMMING MIRRORS, AUTO-RAIN & HEADLIGHT SENSORS, SIRIUS SATELLITE PREP, DYNAMIC CRUISE CONTROL.
A few hundred miles later and I'm absolutely IN LOVE with this car. BMW really has their act together. I can't wait to start modding! Any suggestions? Here's my short list for now: Black grill inserts Blacklines BMW performance shift knob and boot E-brake book alcantara Possibly carbon fiber on the steerwheel center (not sure how this would look with the dark burlwood trim but I'm not liking the plain black that's on there now) Oh and I'll try and get pics up asap! |

Sounds like a beautiful car, congrats! I've had a 330i for almost a year, it's given me 14K trouble-free miles so far. I actually prefer it over the 335i I had because the engine seems better matched to the chassis. You can use more of it more often.
I'm not very fond of the run-flat tires. They're fine when it's dry but wet weather performance is poor, and the ride quality sucks. I would suggest changing those with a good performance tire (Michelin PS2 or similar). |
