New bumper suggestions

I have a 4 door 08 e90 and I got into a accident recently my whole front bumper is done any suggestions what to get and I would have to tell my mech to order it for me I was thinking of the mtech front bumper but idk what to say to him or give him a website?? any help thanks

When I got in an accident, I talked to the shop and ended up ordering the bumper myself.
Had it shipped to the house, then took it to the shop.
