Need a lightweight Sport Watch

I've received quite good automotive technical advice over the years on this forum so thought something off topic might be in order.
I'm looking for a lightweight, easy to read analog watch. 200m (will settle for 100 m). Needs to take some abuse in the water and mountain biking. A luminous dial would be great. I don't want to worry about damaging it if I wear it painting the house or digging a hole for new plants in the back yard.
This is what I've been using but want to take it up a notch or two.
What have you seen that might fit the bill?
Thanks!!

You might also look at Luminox ,they're more than expensive but must be rugged watches as well.
Tritium gas tubes might be daunting but worry not ,they're no longer harmful at least the ones used in the watches

if a Casio G-Shock is too similar or not the brand you want then maybe a Sinn U1 ?

These used to be if I recall correctly around $1500 a decade or more back. Sinn U1

Still a very neat watch.Comes in a new smaller I think 41mm size. Traditionally a 44mm that wears smallish.

Not sure what else I would want to wear.

Or maybe this. https://seikousa.com/products/srp777

Hi,
I had a Casio W87H-1V but lost it.. Don't ask how.. Not sure now if I need another Casio or perhaps I should check other brands too.
What are some good (not necessarily cheap) sports variants?

I have a couple Iron Man watches but upgraded to an AW4 Nike Edition, it's like night and day with the information given.
