What was the UK take rate on the M2 manual?

If it was as high as the US they will offer the stick there. If they do it will cut into M4 sales since the M4 in the UK is comp auto only.
No take rate at all. UK favors auto boxes for some shit reason. On Autotrader UK now, 197 M2's for sale, 23 manual M2's

Then you might expect the same on the M2. Comp auto only.

I loved this concept, looking back at it, I think the new 7er will adopt a lot of the details in this concept, in the front end. Those little slits above the headlights look mighty similar.

And the M2 render is fantastic!

Well reading through all the comments, it seems I may be in the minority when I say if it's actually designed like this, it is a huge step back from the F87 generation. This render does not look good at all and everything about that front end screams boring

The F87 looked pretty boring initially too.

Let's see this car in some real photos and with some mods.

No way it's going to look like that, they are going to use the same grill style as the G80/2

Modern BMW M front end lower intake design prior to the G80/G82 M3/M4:
/----\ design instead of \----/ design. See here.

Expectations about the G87 M2 front end lower intake design (featuring a V-shaped LiDAR central in the lower part):

...more akin to this (render modified by xjz):

...than to this (original render + different wheels render by Tag):

...or than to this G80/G82 design shape (render modified by Zteve):

Not feeling the non-BMW headlights.

If it looks anything near the render I'll be moving back to an M2 after I'm done with my F82!
